Shipping & Delivery Info

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is completed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.

Delivery Timeframes
Our products ship from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure availability and efficient delivery. Typical timeframes are:

United States: 7 to 14 business days
International: 10 to 25 business days (may take longer during peak seasons or customs delays)

Please note that high-demand or restocked items may take additional time. In rare cases, delivery can take up to 30 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Tracking
Most orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately at no additional cost.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed as processing may have already started.

Delays
We do our best to deliver on time, but delays can happen due to customs, carrier backlogs, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Missing or Stolen Packages
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage.

Lost in Transit: If tracking never updates to “Delivered,” you are eligible for a replacement.

Marked Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, you will need to file a stolen package claim. This may include one or more of the following:

  • A claim filed with the courier

  • A brief signed statement confirming non-receipt

  • A police report for high-value orders

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery scan. Each case is reviewed individually. Claims without the required documentation may be denied.
